We Can Help!

gavel1

Pit Bulletin Legal News is available to assist you in advocating against breed discriminatory legislation (BDL) and unfair dangerous dog laws. Our lawyers will help you analyze proposed laws and provide information about relevant cases and scientific studies. We can also provide you with advocacy material and tips for presenting the material in publc hearings. If you need an attorney for BDL or dangerous dog litigation, PBLN will attempt to find one in your geographic area.

Our help does not comprise legal advice for a specific case. Moreover, receiving our aid does not create an attorney-client relationship. We are simply providing you with insight into the legal issues connected with BDL and dangerous dog laws.

About

About

This site is run by Fred M. Kray, a trial attorney who specializes in defending "allegedly" dangerous dogs and fighting Breed Discriminatory Legislation.  He has been a practicing trial attorney for over thirty years.

This site is for anyone interested in defeating Breed Specific Legislation.  All the information you need will be at your fingertips.  Court pleadings, depositions, core scientific studies, bite statisitics, and evolution of canine DNA will all be availible here. I will report daily legal and news of interest on our Pit Bulletin Legal News FB page and if you are not yet a member you should take the time to join now.

It is my hope that this site will become a place where folks can come and discuss ways to fight BSL both in a legal sense and through education of the public. I welcome all intelligent, civil comment.  I also welcome the submission of articles on the subject of BSL.

You will get content here you cannot get anywhere else on the web. I look forward to reporting on events as they unfold in Denver, Lakewood and Grant County, Washington.

Welcome!
